Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically handed to the courier within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Out-of-stock items may take longer — you'll be notified by email if that's the case.

Under Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, unless stated otherwise, orders are delivered within 30 days at the latest. If delivery cannot be completed within this period, the consumer may terminate the contract.

Shipping is free on orders over 1,500 TL. For orders below this amount, the shipping fee is shown separately alongside the cart total at checkout.

Once your order ships, the courier name and tracking number are sent to your email — the same details are also available on the order detail view in My Account.
